Welcome to Suvidha Court. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, court booking services, and facilities, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
All users must follow the court/facility rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.
Entry and use of the courts are permitted only with a valid booking or prior authorization.
Users must wear appropriate sports attire and suitable non-marking sports shoes where required.
Users must use the facilities only for their intended sporting purpose.
Management reserves the right to deny access or discontinue a user's session in case of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.
All court and game bookings must be made through the Suvidha Court application, website, or other authorized booking channels.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully completed.
Users are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
Bookings are non-transferable unless specifically approved by management.
Users must arrive on time for their scheduled booking.
Late arrival does not automatically extend the booking time.
Management may release a court after the scheduled start time if the user does not arrive within the applicable grace period.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund, subject to the applicable booking and refund policy.
No refund will generally be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the payment method, booking type, promotional offer, or applicable policy.
If Suvidha Court cancels a booking due to maintenance, facility closure, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, management may provide a refund or rescheduling option, as applicable.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway or financial institution used for the transaction.
Users must maintain appropriate behavior while using Suvidha Court facilities.
The following are not permitted:
Aggressive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Harassment of staff, players, or other users.
Fighting or intentional damage to property.
Smoking or consumption of alcohol inside the court or restricted facility areas.
Food or beverages inside court areas, except where specifically permitted by management.
Any activity that may create a safety risk to other users or staff.
Users are responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, furniture, or other property caused by them through misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.
All users participate in sporting activities at their own risk.
Users should ensure that they are physically fit and able to participate in the selected activity.
Users are responsible for informing management or staff about any relevant condition that may affect their safe participation, where appropriate.
Users should seek appropriate medical advice before participating in strenuous physical activity if they have concerns about their ability to participate.
Suvidha Court is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of facilities, failure to follow safety instructions, or participation in activities at the user's own risk, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Users are responsible for their personal belongings. Suvidha Court is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
Children and minors must comply with the applicable facility rules and safety requirements.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible parent, guardian, or adult where required by the facility.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of minors under their care.
Management may impose additional requirements for minors depending on the sport, facility, or activity.
Suvidha Court may capture photographs or videos at its facilities for operational, security, promotional, or marketing purposes where permitted by applicable law.
Users who do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos may inform the management or staff.
Any use of identifiable personal information or media will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Personal information collected through the Suvidha Court application, website, or booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information may be used for account management, court and game bookings, payments, booking confirmations, customer support, security, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information.

Suvidha Court aims to keep its application and booking services available and functional; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, server issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Court availability displayed in the application may change based on bookings, maintenance, operational requirements, or other circumstances.
Suvidha Court reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service where reasonably necessary.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and OTPs.
Users must not share their account credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access their account.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and booking.
Users should immediately contact Suvidha Court if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
Suvidha Court may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or prohibited activities.
Users must not:
Make fraudulent or unauthorized bookings.
Use another person's account without authorization.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with application security.
Use automated systems or methods to manipulate bookings or availability.
Provide false information.
Use the application for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Interfere with the normal operation of the application or booking system.
Suvidha Court reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms may be published through the application or website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the application, booking services, or facilities after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suvidha Court will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its application, website, booking services, or facilities.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
